Does Cubecraft allow small skins or modded almost invisible skins?

I recently faced somebody in eggwars using this skin, which can easily be mistaken as a diamond, giving players with these skins an advantage. Are they even allowed in the first place though?

Finally did a decent copy of my Minecraft head of my skin. If you want the skull/diamond helmet thingy for Bedrock Edition, (I think its official name is "Diamond Skullcap"), it comes with the large Lego Minecraft Skeleton Set.
