I think the frost wand problem is a glitch. If someone could post a video of it on Youtube or on here so I could see it, that would be cool

the ice wand is the one that has me the most confused, because even though I have bought it "already" it does not give it to me

Yeah It's a known bug. I can't do anything about it so everyone is going to have to wait for the developers to fix it

You should now be able to collect it in the mailbox.
