Java Bringing back the lobbies from gamemodes.

I think that they need to be brought back, because (i personally) enjoyed it more and found it better, instead of only having the main lobby.
And also maybe, bring back the statistics in full view, instead of having to browse through everything to find them.

Now, i don't know why they removed it, could have something to do with Memory or something else, so excuse me in that case.

I also prefer the old lobbies but it's made like this so that staff members have a better POV on what's going on in the lobbies.

My opinion on this involves mixed feelings. On one side removing the lobbies was beneficial in the sense that it simplified navigating through the server, which made CubeCraft much friendlier to new users. And easier/smoother to play in overall.

On the other side, I would take the liberty to say that it completely ruined gamemode communities. You used to be able to see the most frequent players of each gamemode hanging around, they would talk to each other and become friends. Nowadays there's not that much of an interaction factor in the lobbies of CubeCraft. To me it seems like the experience of playing in CubeCraft has turned less friendly and social. It's more monotonous and systematic now. I definitely miss gamemode lobbies, especially the BlockWars one. I used to be able to find all my friends in there, and I'd just casually say hi and move on. But it felt familiar, it felt warm, it felt nice. Now that's gone.

Maybe when the builders have some time, they can rebuild the main lobby into a more warm and more welcoming place. In my opinion the main lobby is way too big and with all the grey blocks with tall industrial buildings very depressive.

I cannot agree more. The lobby stopped being as special as it used to be. The main lobby always felt kind of desolate and unwelcoming but now that there’s no game lobbies that should change.
I also like the idea of bringing back statistics as holograms. I just think the lobby needs an overhaul, there should be more space in between NPC’s. That way we can get both holograms and leaderboards back. The current design looks plain and rushed. I don’t like it a bit.

It won't bring back the gamemode communities, because it's still the same chat for everyone. But it's still better than nothing , +1

Hey! I think the lobbies was awesome, but some unnecessary, because now you can do it only in a lobby. They delete the lobbies because have too much lag , but everyone loves that lobbies ;)
