You expect staff members to report tons of reports in their spare time? If you expect that apply urself
You should be happy that it only takes hours, I remember when it took them three weeks to handle a swearing report lol
Staff members are not always available, however, they handle the reports as soon as possible. They installed an anti-cheat system (that could obviously be improved) to help deal with cheaters and ban people when they're unavailable.
