Java Get rid of the Arcade Trophies

Hi hi,

So yea since Cubecraft doesn't do anything with the Arcade Trophies anymore maybe It's a good idea to just get rid of it.
Just remove the +3, +2, +1 trophies messages after your name. You can keep the side tasks of course since you get exp and points for it. In my eyes the Arcade Trophies has no function anymore and it will look a lot cleaner without the trophy message.

Or you can still make an online Trophy Leaderboard to revive It's function.

I agree that currently it's useless. But I don't think it should be removed. As you said, add a trophy leaderboards so it gets a purpose again. Maybe add a trophy leaderboard with every arcade game in the featured games. But I don't think it should be removed as it's quite a fun idea, trophies.

Cubecraft must choose then, because right now it looks messy. You get trophies, but you can't see how much you have. The trophy message is just an old message that the devs probably forgot to remove by removing Arcade with The Big Change.

How about this then: Expand the current trophy system to all the other featured games to really revive It's function. Not only Arcade games, but also Blockwars, Survival Games etc. Think about adding sidetasks to those games as well. It sounds fun in my opinion

But if nothing happens then, like I said before, get rid of it.

Bumping this thread again since I didn't get any good response from staff members.
Also maybe my previous posts were a little negative so I try to make it more positive.

How about that you can buy cosmetic items for featured Arcade games from the trophies you've earned (also an idea of @Livvyyx ). That way we can revive the trophy system in a good way instead of getting rid of it or worse: leave it as it is right now like the screenshot in my first post. These cosmetic items are just an example of course. You can experiment all you want:

Slime Survival:

- Slime Survival Hat -> 250 Trophies

- Slime Survival Boots -> 250 Trophies

Quakecraft:

- Stone Hoe Upgrade -> 100 Trophies
- Iron Hoe Upgrade -> 200 Trophies
- Gold Hoe Upgrade -> 300 Trophies
- Diamond Hoe Upgrade - > 500 trophies
- Emerald Hoe Upgrade (if that is possible) -> 5000 Trophies

Wingrush:

I don't know if this is possible tbh but it sure looks cool to me. You can buy some awesome Elytra designs and maybe with some matching particles.

- Angel Wings -> 500 Trophies
- Angel Particles - > 250 Trophies
- Dracula Wings -> 500 Trophies
- Dracula Particles -> 250 Trophies
- Ender Dragon Wings -> 750 Trophies
- Ender Dragon Particles -> 500 Trophies

Layer Spleef

Honestly, I would like to see some more items than only hoes/shovels for quake and spleef, would be nice to run around with a stick, blaze rod ect but maybe that's just me lol
I would also like to mention that I didn't really mean that you upgrade your items, more that you can just choose between a bunch of stuff to buy.

However, the general idea would be quite motivating in my opinion.

I would love to see the system work in this kinda way. But upgrading your hoe or armor or anything else to something better does not really sounds like a good plan to me. Via this way you will be able to have more advanced/powerful stuff than other people who just discovered the game. This does not mean that I do not support your idea but I would love to see some kind of designed items like cooler clothing or cooler wings and etc. It would be cool to have a sort of trophy system that allows you to get a custom item like a Harry Potter wand instead of a hoe in quakecraft. No one will get any advantages but you will be noticed by all the cool custom designed stuff you have on you in the game.

You would not "upgrade" the items in that way. It would just change the item you're holding, none of the "upgrades" would actually be better or affect the game itself.

It are just cosmetics like we have in the lobby.

I really love the idea to add a shop for the trophies. With once in a while maybe season items like for example a carrot instead of a hoe.

What I really want to prevent is that it would be for powerful uses. That's what I kinda hate about the Hypixel system. Winning to get better stuff so you can win more and that way you can make newcomers ragequit. Like I said It's only for cosmetic purposes. I just want a solution for the trophy system since Cubecraft doesn't do anything with it anymore like I mentioned in my previous posts.
