Correction: as we currently don't have the report site made available for bedrock players, we're dealing with bedrock reports on the forum and discord for now.

3/4 were incorrect though, until an actual staff member came along and cleared it all up :p
They can if they also have a Java account, you're unable to click links on bedrock currently.
