Do you see where I'm getting at? Chunk or not, they weren't successful games. Removing a game that has little to no players is not a surprise, is it? It has nothing to do with it being from the Chunk.
I agree with you, I think it's kind of like a spiral downwards at some games. They are less popular, so receive less time, making them even less popular, and so on.
And about the enthusiasm, I made a blockwars thread with 4 kits in it and I kept trying to get staff to respond, but a staff told me to shut up or I'll get banned.
The update is cool i only miss old games.

It all comes down to the bad updates of games and the fact that admins never go online or check how games fill, just explains why they think some games are dead. Blockwars update.... well they didn't do the game any favours.

Oh yeah, and guess what? They respond to a Meme Thread. That thread is starting to get in my nerve. You know what else? Some of those games were history of a server called the Chunk who risked everything and merged with Cube. It's also my history. @Snodia you know what I mean. You have been there. You were a staff. If your gonna stand there doing nothing, I don't know what to say.
Well the update isnt that bad IMO, but the worst things (that makes me hate the whole update) its that they removed the compass and the Posibility to select a map in Eggwars, and that sucks because, yeah its fast, but i hate 2 players maps, and with this thing, i need to leave and enter every time i get on a map that i dont like.

I get that the update annoys you, but let me just say something in regards to this: Barn brawl, was a Chunk game as far as I'm aware. It was an arcade game for a while, and barely anyone enjoyed it (everyone I know sure didn't). I also believe blockband was a Chunk project first, before the merge.

I don't know much about the other games that were removed as I don't have a lot of playing experience in them but the thing with the updates in Blockwars is that there wasn't much of a major update. It's been "neglected" for quite some time now. For example, whereas a lot of other games get new seasonal maps every few months (Christmas maps, valentine maps, summer maps, Easter maps etc.), it's been ages since Blockwars got a new map. I think it's been over a year. There was a minor update early this year with 2 new kits, a trap block and other minor bug fixes but nothing to really bring the game alive. If you thought 2 new kits was going to be enough to increase the player count, well that was obviously wrong. Tbh, I get Blockwars isn't as popular as some other games. However, if it had received the same about of care and attention as some other popular games, perhaps things could've looked a lot different now. Not to blame the lack of updates as the sole reason for the lower player count, but I find it hard to believe that the game has been given it's best efforts and that it's removal is justified.

Maybe because the updates need to be bigger. Like more kits and more maps people (blockwars).
I just noticed this, really late but.. Did they for real remove Freebuild? I'm officially pissed now.
True.. i mean the update in general is good but they fact that great games are removed is really sad and has cost cube like 1k players allready
