The other solution is for the server to scramble packet information sent to the client so that the client gets random values for the health, saturation, etc. of other players, so that damage indicators are useless. Personally, I think this is the best choice.
This argument is still going on??
Im just going to say, either do it like hypixel and make in-game health indicators that are available to everyone, or just make them bannable / scrambled.
I used damage indicators for a while. Funny thing is, you can see damage and regeneration particles...
Very good list! I like all of the ideas.
For your 6th idea though, I assume that the protection enchant only applies to when the game is voted OP mode? If so I support it 100%.
I have posted my thread https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/how-to-solve-discord-issues.203232/ in which I posted several solutions to the problem, go take a look!

I have a solution (which I'm sorry for that I was too lazy to post until now).
To solve the mass mention problems, I suggest...

Well the skybasers I see aren't skybasing with a house. They just make narrow bridges. If they build a house that means I can build up to them and they will have a hard time hitting me off, so I wont need projectiles for them. Even though projectiles don't help with those kinds of skybasers...
Well, you have to look at why there is a mode with no projectiles. In short no projectiles means that normal players can rush mid and stuff without being hit off. After 10 minutes, if the game is still going, there could only be one reason: someone is skybasing. Therefore, adding projectiles...
Why does the name of the mode matter? Just change the name. As I said, call it rush mode and add projectiles after 10 minutes, doesn't make a difference.
So we are required to learn how to pearl clutch to fight against an already illegal tactic. I do not see why that is necessary. Adding projectiles after 10 minutes only affects skybasers. Hell, make it 15 minutes if you want to, but seriously, this wouldn't affect regular gameplay, and would...
