Boredom

So, recently I've gotten kind of bored with Minecraft. I've been playing for over 2 years now, and me and my friends have been doing the same old servers, over and over again. So, other than playing other games, what could we do in Minecraft that is fun? (P.s. I have a private server so we can do adventure maps, puzzle maps, etc.)

Things that we have already done: Hunger games, walls, skywars, spleef, earth games, kit pvp, mega walls, capture the wool, capture the flag, and probably a few more I forget, all the general, same-used server minigames.

Servers we play on: CCG :) , Hypixel, Mineplex, TheNexusMC, SquadCraft, Shotbow Network, and a few more I forget atm...

So... If anyone could please leave suggestions in the post for original servers, maps, or games that we could do, that would be amazing :)

Because servers have original minigames....e.g. (Before anyone says anything, I am NOT trying to advertise, I am saying this as an allusion) Nexus has Timebomb, which is original, or Mineplex, which has a ton of minigames that are original. And if you think that talking about servers is advertising, then don't recommend any :)

Pretty much name it, I've done a lot, on a lot of servers, like ***** for their amazing ******. ***** and I loved ******** (because I can't "advertise" and mention any server other than cubecraft)

No, I tried skyblock, we spent like a week on it, then kinda faded out on it. Also, I don't really like factions, I did it a long time ago, then I got raided and people started spamming /home to get into our base and we had to keep killing them on the server *********....it got really annoying and we burned out on it

Instead of censoring the servers, why not just not mention them? And try skyblock and factions again, they are fun ^.^

Because if I try to give an example of a server for their original minigames...i.e. ******* people say it's "advertising" apparently because I said something "positive" about another server, when I'm saying the server name as an allusion.

I mean, seriously, it's not like I'm spamming "Join ********* for blah blah blah" saying something that is good about another server is advertising?

Anyway, now that my rant is over, (by the way I really do appreciate the suggestions)
I probably will go back to skyblock on ccg, once they update the shops so I don't have to open the shop every time to sell a single items, and for factions, its kind of hard to get started, and just for personal preference, I probably will not play that

There are adventure maps on CCG but they are... just awful. No checkpoints and it's really more of a parkour. Perhaps you should google these things rather than encouraging advertising.

Well, yes, as it encourages others to go to that server. Why would halo and rubix want people leaving their server for another one, because you advertised it?

Alright, I'm going to move this idea of "advertising" to another post, so here's my last comment, so we can get back to the actual topic at hand, some fun things to play in minecraft.

For advertisers, their purpose is to get people to join a certain server(and annoy the heck outta everyone else) so they say good things about the server. Their purpose is to get people to join a server. The purpose of me saying things about another server is to give examples of what I am talking about.

First of all, me saying the servers that we play on is not advertising, if I am correct, because I said nothing positive about them with your logic, and I stated them as facts, servers that I play on. No opinion or suggestive tones there. I play on those servers, that's it.

Secondly, the reason I were to give examples of original minigames on certain servers is to clarify and give examples of what I am looking for. Kadeplays up there ^^ asked me why you should recommend other servers. Well, it is because I am looking for original minigames on other servers that I can play on. It's off topic, so it is placed in this section. If you suggest servers to me, you are not suggesting a server to the entire forum, you are suggesting a server, to ME. The intent behind giving examples of minigames on original servers is not to advertise, which is the intent of people who do actually advertise, but to help specify the type of servers I am looking for, due to the detailed person I am. Now, considering the fact that this is a public forum, and anyone can see, people can see this as "advertising" since everyone can see it. However, the intended receiver of the server suggestions is me, and people do not have to look at these messages. If saying anything positive is considered advertising, then me saying "Big Macs are good" as a funny remark after eating lunch and commenting on a post is advertising McDonalds, which could lead players to not play cubecraft and go to McDonalds, therefore losing players from a remark meant as a joke? A mod can lock this thread, due to how off-topic this post has gone. Sorry if any staff members take offense at this, but I believe that I have the right to defend myself and express my opinion. If anyone reading this actually has some server suggestions, you can private message me so that no one else can see but me and therefore not be "advertising." Now, I am going to stop commenting before someone says I'm abusing "copyright."
