Hey Cubecraft Management, There is a friend. He has 17k Subs on Youtube. Has 1300 videos in Cubecraft. He did 150+ live stream in Cubecraft. We tryed get a youtuber rank for him before. But We didnt. We asked a mod. He said there could be exception for non-english youtubers. Because its can be hard 40k subs for them. So can he get a youtuber rank with 17k subs :? Hes 28 years old and from Turkey. As cattycat said, the management team can make an exception for him.

If a moderator said an exception could be made, there is a chance you can still get the rank. So if he is still interested in getting the rank, he should try it again. If your friend is still interested, he will have to contact Hub3t via a private conversation. In this conversation, it will be important he mentions his email address, the amount of subscribers, a link to his channel and his Minecraft username. He should also mention that a moderator said exceptions can be made for him. (Only if it’s true, of course.)

Though, I don't think he will get the rank because he doesn't get a lot of views on his video's
