So if say ur on Eggwars and theres a blatant hacker whos killauraing etc can yourself a dif player or team team together to kill that team so that the hacker wont be in the game anymore

No. If someone reports you, you're still going to get punished. They can't allow this because many players are unable to see if someone is hacking, so if it was allowed you would have people teaming against regular players with the excuse they thought they were fighting a hacker all the time.
Of course, you can still do it and hope other people in the game won't report you.

Get a good recording of the suspected hacker and report them - cross teaming isn't allowed, no matter what the circumstances are.
From what ive been told cross teaming is only permissable in specific situations
1. Doing something- sometimes an entire map crossteams to build a structure together
2. To kill hackers or other crossteamers- but you must break up after

As far as I know it's not permitted to team to kill hackers or crossteamers. Chances are that other players won't report you for it, and the hackers or teamers themselves probably won't either. But if they do, you'll get banned for a day. Since the punishment is almost negligible and doesn't even stack, it might still be worth it.
Actually it is, you may crossteam to get rid of hackers but you must fight each other or split up after or else you can be reported

Crossteaming/Teaming is never allowed, no matter what, in the games that have solo and team modes. If you see someone using an illegal modification, please record and report them instead of breaking the rules yourself to do defeat them.
