Remove the way to speak in NORMAL chat so people don't spamm NORMAL or OP and be annoying... We should not have influenced votes ;)

I don't let anyone have any influence on my votes. I vote what I want and I just ignore the people who say normal or op in the chat. Therefore I say no to this suggestion.
