Minecraft Freezes

This bug appear again on my device. And mine it's also base on Intel HD Graphics! (Intel Braswell x7-z8750, with Intel HD Graphics 405)
I updated drivers, deleted optifine, and do more…
The problem is still.
Maybe this bug is in this driver! or in OpenGL support!
I have searched it on internet for many days.
But No result…(BNR)

I have got it!
Only the version 20.19.15.4474 can run it without bug!
I have test any other drivers and this is the only one OK!

Does it happen to you everyday, or just sometimes? If it just sometimes happens, then it could just be Minecraft itself.
