When you destroy the egg , your team gets a certain amount of Egg embryos . You also get them when you eliminate a player . Eliminate not just kill . Use these to get team upgrades . ie potion effects , blah blah blah , abilities you know what i mean . Some upgrades for the team must still be purchasable with emeralds . There should be a balance between controlling mid and popping eggs . Make e pearls in normal cost embryos

I like this idea, it will give rushers a slight advantage and encourages actively playing the game, what do you think the item should be, lapis? Also this will probably make it so people actually finish the people that they broke the egg of. Good idea.

This was what i suggested on the team upgrade thread. This is waaay better than mid camping, so +1 million

@rubik_cube_man made a reply to a thread made by @Nikoshka explaining what is happening. The link to the thread will be at the bottom of this post. According to Rubik_Cube_Man, they want to make the following changes to eggwars.

Okay, so I’ve been reading all your replies to this post, trying to put together a plan of action to improve EggWars as much as we can, to accommodate for everyones opinions. This is the list of ideas that I’ve gathered and tweaked so that we can have the best for everyone, as well as trying to solve peoples issues that they have encountered during games.

1. Team upgrades (Permanent potion effects) - This was the most voted option in our poll, with more than 50% of people voting for it. These upgrades will be able to be purchased for emeralds that you can obtain from emerald generators. You would have to take the emeralds from the middle back to your island, and buy these upgrades from a specific shop.
   This is one of those things that yes, will increase campers at middle, however you have to look at the game objectively; The objective is to defend your egg, not hold middle. Most games, you’ll be able to sneak to their egg if they’re defending middle and get them while they’re unaware of this. (Also stuff discussed later should help prevent them :D)
   Note: These upgrades are most likely not going to be as powerful as potion effects. From my understanding Strength 1 grants a 130% damage increase, this is way too powerful, with these upgrades we would only grant maybe a 40% damage increase as not to make your team totally un-killable.
2. Enders pearls for diamonds - Oh wow, have I seen a lot of requests for Ender pearls in normal mode. After discussing this with other staff, we’ve decided that a good starting price for Ender pearls in normal mode is 64 diamonds. You may be thinking that “But you can get diamonds on your own island” but we believe you should be able to get Ender pearls on your own island. Ender pearls should help players who have been cornered onto their own island to attack adjacent islands/middle, and further progress the game.
3. Increasing the price of the punch bow - We’ve also come to the conclusion that the punch bow in some cases can be a little annoying. After talking with the staff, with the addition of Ender pearls and things, it’ll only have limited use. We don’t want it to be one of those things that’s bought out early on in the game. We discussed upping the price up to 25 diamonds, as to delay the existence of the bow in the game.

1.*facepalm* Then why are you commenting about this on a thread literally about embryos!!!
2. Every person who has commented on this thread has done at least 1 comment on every thread you have mentioned (not 100% sure about xRoguex).
3. Most importantly PLEASE don't spread the stupid argument of midcqmpers, ender pearls are too op and whatnot to This thread that has little relevance to it (technically this is anti mid camping)
4. This thread was made to create a "currency" yet you bring up a different currency which has been discussed all the way through on different threads.
Thank you for not continuing threads on non-relevant other threads.

er, I'm just quoting what the owner said, so ur basically saying that what the owner said is a stupid idea, like wtf, do u even read? This thread is about embryos, I get that I can read, ActullyI'm not Actually it does not just abut the giving potive feedback , it can negative feedback too so ye read. I bring it up because tats what here gonning to do a mod and owner said it themselves, i just said that its not going to happen , im not trying to bring a irrelavant conversation. Finally faceplam ? I am not calling the owner's ideas stupid all I am sayin is that all of what you said is extremely irrelevant to the topic at hand, one thing is common between both of these ONE THING team upgrades. That is all, in your quotation you talk about strength effects ender pearls increase price of bow and a lot of irrelevant information, keep this to other threads or create your own, this conversation is spreading to fast like a virus, keep it where it belongs.

I think this is a great idea!
Maybe a kind of trade off. Gear you can get from mid (emeralds or the expensive diamonds) will have better defense (prot 1 or just better armor in general) and will have weaker weapons. The embroys will be able to buy gear that is more offensive (stronger swords) but it won't have good defense (so the armor won't be as good as the ones from mid). This way the people who rush can gear up slightly to be on the same gear level as people who have farmed mid.
I love the idea of breaking eggs giving resources. Great job!

Why would you use a block? It contributes to your team , it would show on the side next to the teams that havent been eliminated .

If yiu want to use a block then use dyes . Simple
