I won the free rank for yesterdays stream but I dont have it

I won yesterdays free rank my beam name was RecordedMage128 and my MC name is MrMustafa18 so it said I won it and then when I logged on today I was still stone rank. Can u please help me?

you can watch the stream back, and Then Wait untill you're at the giveaway or go exactly to the time to make a screenshot. Also What @DodelijkeNoob said evidence is needed, If you don't have you might be lying and That returns in to a warn/ban.

I searched on beam the name that won, and that one did not exist then i searched yours and yes! It showed two names yours and the one that apeared in the stream, so you did win.(Just had to make sure ;))
