This is an island of 20 that I want to do I do not know if I can do so many but I calculate that for 2 or 3 months or I will finish because I can not do them every day because in 2 or 3 months,

Rather than using oak and leaves, you should try building your own out of clay blocks, it will add to the aesthetic and look much better in your final outcome
