A Help section on the forums

I think there should be a Help section on the forums! This will allow people and staff members to help with Payment issues (Like by telling them there's an email), Ts issues, and just in game things! This may be a short suggestion but I hope they listen

As others have said, there is the FAQ. You can also PM any staff member with a question, or join the CC Discord which is great for real-time staff help.
