report players by sceenshot

I think we should be able to ban players by taking sceenshot. I don't like when you can only ban players from a youtube video because then hackers you saw can't be ban by sceenshots

Photos can be easily photoshopped, causing players to get banned falsely. To prevent this from happening, only video evidence is required.

This basically sums up why we do not allow screenshots when it comes to reporting players.
Screenshots are only allowed when we're talking about chat related offenses or abusive skins.
