Yeah but this section is for bug reports about the server, you could have maybe put this in the YT section of media.

Strange i cant, on the app it keeps either instantly stopping when i try to play or errors saying "tap to retry", in browsers such as chrome safari ect the audio plays but the visual is frozen

The reason i posted this in bugs and support is its also screwing up some hacker report videos and i want to know what else i can do until youtube settles

Try restarting your laptop/pc.
I've had this problem as well and restarting my laptop would work.
