Hello, A little while ago I wanted to enter the server to play EggWars with some friends and I encounter the problem that my account is banned. After that I went to make an appeal with the code that I was given when entering the server and it tells me that I never entered the server.

I do not know what happened, if it's a bug or what, but I want to know why I banned it :(
And I already change the password of my premium account

It's simple, reset your minecraft password then, you'll get unbanned very soon. Try to make your password a little more hard to lock into like a number and word combination: Example: 4383jd3839048fj
