What is my suggestion?:
My suggestion is to add the staffmember who has accept or declined the report.

So you will see:

View Report

Your report has been succesful.
Report has been accepted by : {Staff_Member}
Message from the staff member : {Message}

or:


View Report

Your report has been unsuccesful.
Report has been declined by : {Staff_Member}
Message from the staf fmember : {Message}

I would like to see it but maybe hide the names for messages that got denied otherwise peops will swear and ask on the forums like "Why didn't you ban him, you are a bad staff member !"

Wait did people react like this with the old Report System? Because I think if you see that a Staff Member has denied your report you just have to start a conv. with him so he can explain it. I don't think people will react like this. Maybe the Staff Members should add to their message: "I declined this if you want to know why feel free to start a conversation with me".

Not necessarily, if a report gets declined, they will probably put the reason why. :P

New players start reporting every day. with the old report system the bandwagon of hate was aimed at taking a while to do our reports.
Future players would probably spam staff members about their reports not being done IF the names were added

When a report is denied, I'm certain it lists the reason why it's denied. The reasons should be pretty self-explanatory

But what if a new player has record a hacker and he used the LabyMod while recording and because he's a new player he didn't read the thread about this. So his report was declined but then the staff member said that he should start a conversation with the staff member and the staff member sent him the link of the thread about using the LabyMod
