Does anybody know if you can use Optifine and ArmorstatusHUD both together? Like installing both of them. If so is there a step-by-step thing? like downloading Optifine AFTER ArmorstatusHUG (Or opposite)

Both Optifine and ArmorstatusHUD are allowed, I'd have no idea why they wouldn't be allowed when you combine them.

I meant to ask the how to install em xD
Basically is there a glitch when you download them and does one of them has to go first?

Never mind, I just read the thingy and it needs to use forge, basically I would have to re-install Minecraft and/or delete Optifine then do it all over again. No thanks xD

Try to use 5Zig, as it includes all of that. ;P
