A condensed video would be a lot easier for staff, for whatever reason they have. Otherwise it would be different.

Now, what about xTurtle's hacking videos? Does this mean he can bypass the report system thanks to his 10+ minute videos?
It's just the same with the current report system. Some people may just put in a random video just to get the report done. Nothing can be perfect, nothing can be done by everyone. But still, I thought that this suggestion would be good for those that have long videos and 1: don't or cannot edit, 2: have a hard time rec (for some reason), 3 want to just enjoy the game and not have to edit, or 4: too lazy to edit.
They can fake a timestamp. They can't cheat their way around having a 10 minute video and making the system think it's <5.

No? you just download his video, cut out 5 minutes where you can clearly see he's hacking and upload it....
People can also fake a video. Same thing.

No but if people can fake timestamps, people can insert random videos, videos that don't have proofs of hacks, etc.
Because of course I would love to just waste my time making 500+ fake reports to screw with someone on the other side of the line.

On the topic of fake reports, I've already ran into a report with a random video because the reporter didn't have a youtube channel. I wouldn't doubt if others have encountered this as well and I'm sure there will be more in the future.
Now, on the topic of length of videos, I prefer shorter videos as I can more efficiently go through reports. In my experience, editing videos doesn't take all that long. Also, I feel that it's a bit weird when someone would have enough effort to record but not edit the video to be within the time limit. In the past, longer length videos were allowed and many players wouldn't leave the important information that was needed in the post. Then, when asked, only a fraction would respond again.
My non-staff opinion is that limiting the videos to 5 mins is better than allowing any length videos. It keeps things relatively short and helps reports get dealt with quicker.

I said that if this ever gets implemented, it should go along with a new box that requires you to have a time stamp to make things go quicker.
Then what's the point of having a long video if you're just going to use a clip. Its a report not a gameplay. 5 Min is more than enough for staff to see if someone is hacking. Plus, shorter videos tend to upload faster to YT.
