Suggested before but I still don't think it we added. :)
But remember that you can't say other words with OP in it for example: "PeOPle" etc. :)

Just ignore them otherwise you can't talk with your friends about op or you can say words like '"peOPle"

That's why he suggested to remove the ability to say "op plz" and "opop"
I'm suggesting to filter "opop" and "op plz".

I actually like this. Players can still talk and the spam will be reduced in chat :)

A chat filter is there to tell people that they could be punished for what they have said. If someone swore, they could easily be muted for that, if they decided to persist in putting forward their irritation or alike. However, if someone said "OP", they most likely wouldn't mute for that. If they did it in a threatening or very disrespectful manner, then they could be muted, but that's besides the point. The point is that the chat filter is a warning. It's letting the player know that was they said is inappropriate and they might be receiving a mute if they resume that attitude.

In terms of this being implemented, I'm going to have to go with the -1 vote. I do not believe that a filter would stop people from saying what they want if they truly want to; there are ways to bypass a filter. Since a chat filter is a warning, and you probably cannot be muted for this, it is rather unethical and unnecessary.

Not only this but I agree with @ISp00kyLion_.

"OP" also has many meanings and can be used in different contexts - putting it on the blacklist would be pretty annoying actually.

The only way anyone would get me to agree with this is if the filter was very OP itself and filtered "op plz" specifically. However, like I said, it can be bypassed easily. Filtering stuff makes people even more angry so they're going to be more creative in the way they express themselves. In my eyes, it's just not gonna end well.

They showed it in the stream. I don't remember if they said anything, but I know a staff member said "testing /stone" in the chat (with a stone rank)
if it is in the testing zone then i can't wait to stop receiving the random whispers about vote for what i want and play with me so you vote :D

And what if you wanna ask your friend in /fmsg ?
just noticed this post :p
through whisper filters don't work (i am pretty sure) i recieved a few "HACKS" pms from players before the white list of the word hacks
maybe ONLY in fmsg the op blacklist shouldn't be a thing because (s)he is you're friend i doubt they will do that unless they troll you ;)
and @Caboozled_Pie is suggesting to black list "OPOP" ++ if it is just "OP" then you can speak without the black list in the way
