Elytra's!

I think eggwars should have an update.... adding elytra's! Think about being able to fly from the treehouse mid and getting to your island! Post your suggestion of the price

I think 2 stacks is overpriced since some maps don't need elytra's and it doesn't give you any Armour maybe 32 diamonds?

Noo! I mean, that'd make the games too short. I mean, someone can build up, and fly to an island in no time. An Elytra is pretty op..

There are already Elytra's in Minerware (Elytra minigame) and within Pvp Op on maps such as space, but I agree that it would be nice to have an official Elytra minigame. Maybe then I could get better at it :P

Elytra's would be way too OP for eggwars.
this has been suggested multiple times before and has been rejected.

Elytra wouldn't be added as it's very easy to stall with them, unfortunately.

Damaged elytras in op mode might be cool but a fully repaired elytra would be op even for op mode

yeah pretty much, it would only be fair if it was a voted game mode where everyone got an elytra each and in shop a piece of leather to repair it at 5/10 diamonds.

Ive made a similar suggestion to that but thats also denied for being to close to ElytraWars on another server

IMO elytra's don't even belong in PVP, It's like using minecarts to fight.

They don't belong in pvp but it's great for doing a strat combined with the elytra to startle an enemie or even kill them on a bridge and them falling trying to catch you #flyingnoobs

In my opinion it should be for a ridiculously high price because people are able to pillar up and jump of, being able to fly over to any perimeter islands without any bridges and without running the risk of being shot off.

It's kinda similar to enderpearls. Except you can decide where to go with an elytra.

I think it's too op...makes it way to easy to get to an island.

That's why it should be a high price, to speed up the game like people just camping and bowing randomly

The high price wouldn't balance it out, Elytras are not fit for gamemodes where you bridge across the void since it would completely eliminate the need of bridging.
2 stacks of diamonds? Easy to farm for.
