Curios Question About The EULA

So all i know about the eula rule is that :
-You cannot give anything exclusive or something game breaking to ranked players who bought a rank
but my question is
Is it allowed to give a useful perk to a donater and make it possible to receive it in game but more difficult?
Example: A kit exists that automatically is given to donaters after purchasing the rank, lets say it is a speed kit with permanent Speed I in all minigames, but for none donaters they have to get it by paying 25,000 Points (or game currency) is it allowed?

Actually 2 more things then you can lock :D
So Basically EULA makes it that you do not give any extra benefits for donaters even if it is? Is this correct? (Only for games not lobbies)

Another thing is the EULA cannot give donaters shortcuts to make things easier for them, is that correct?
