I feel like there should be a group of mods that their main job will be checking hacker reports. I'm not complaining that my reports aren't getting checked. But, I feel like it'll help the server be organized and to help get rid of hackers faster. I mean then other mods will moderate the server. Good idea?

There are moderators and administrators that dedicate their own time to do reports, however there shouldn't be a select amount of moderators to only do reports, as it may restrict their playtime on the server itself.

Staff members need to be capable of doing every Job,
Yes some do Reports more often but after a while it would get pretty boring...
Also this system works only for lagers Networks.
Cubes Staff team is very 'Small' for it's size so some doing only 1 job will slow down the process of Moderating the server really... :/
EDIT: Their system already works a bit like that but that's more for like Admins, Owners and Sr Mods :P

What about giving some trusted and very active players(/staff) permission for the /ban command.

With a few strict rules they could ban hackers in game. It's very obvious when someone is hacking. And when your not sure you just stick to the reporting and players who have permission to do this should keep a list (let's say a shared EXCEL Online document) on when and why they banned someone.

If you'll give a member permission to do /ban, you can give him moderator too, because it's almost the same thing.

Very active players now have the chance to apply and become helpers, and eventually moderators. I see no need for this since you need to know who you're hiring, and what's a better way to learn who you're hiring by making sure everyone applies first.

We kinda have all staff organised to cover all these jobs, it just isn't made known to the community. As a lot of these staff don't have a sub title.

Applications Team: We have a group of sr.mods/admins who go through the applications then I conduct the interviews of the finalised applications. Haven't made the recruitment team known so they don't get their inbox spammed, like I do on a regular basis.

Forum Moderators: If you can monitor in game then it isn't that hard to monitor the forums

Mentors!: When we recruit a helper, a group of experienced staff members are assigned to them (sr.mods, eager/motivated staff members)

Reports Team!: You see how many reports we get, restricting it to a few people is ridiculous and will cause more reports to pile up.

Monitoring!: We have a staff abuse forum, we have thousands of players watching our staff members, who all have the ability to record if they see abuse. All our staff are role models to eachother and the community, so if one member 'does' do something wrong then it will be reported almost instantly.

So thanks for the suggestion but we got it covered ;)

All moderators/sr.moderators/admins do reports, and moderate in-game, you can assign certain staff members to do reports only, but that would make being a moderator very monotone and boring in my opinion. I like how the current system works and how every moderator contributes into doing player reports and helping out in-game as well.

And mods are banning hackers in game? How many are actively doing that?

I think everyone can agree, that having hackers ruins the game. And it may take time for hacker reports to be cleared up with. However, I think that the staff here deserve more credit for their work. I think that there are a lot of players who think that having a staff role is easy. It's not, I can tell you that from past experience, so perhaps instead of creating so many forum posts about hackers this hackers that, we thank you the current staff for their efforts. And in the meantime, we wait for the hacker reports to be followed up with, and let the staff take their time :)

And a big thank you to all the players who do report the hackers, you guys are helping this community!
