Where are the ranks that I bought??

It's been almost 3 hours since I bought the diamond rank for my child... where is the access?? I haven't even gotten the confirmation email yet, but you definitely charged my credit card??

My bank denied the charge to begin with, and then I okayed it. Get this rank effective immediately!!

I have no idea where this operation is based out of. But, it seems like Great Britain!? Hopefully they are just catching some ZZZs and will see this soon.

I think that they have 48 hours to respond and yes it is based in England.

Thanks for the info... the "confirmation" response page said to give it 15 minutes. It also said not to send said "confirmation" to them, as they wouldn't accept is as proof.

Seems like they don't even automate the E-mail that sends the confirmation.

I think 15 minutes is for the rank if it works. 48 hours is for the email people to respond. My brother tried it and the credit card company thought it was a scam so they didn't go through with it. But that didn't happen you said. @CyanYellow anymore info?

If you haven't gotten your rank within 24 hours, please make sure to contact sales@cubecraft.net about any issues you're having with your purchase and be patient. They tend to answer within 24 hours and if you have already done so then all you have to do is wait! :p
