i probably know its gonna get denied with no reason cause why disproving
...
heres the ghing
if we had obby around the egg 1 layer in the very beginning it would be nice people would rush to mid faster (less camping)
and air attackers will be less OP cause in the beginning air attacking is just way to op cause they dont have bow
so could this get added in sometimes you lose the first minute of the game by people who attack any team take the egg and ruin your game its MUCH MUCH MUCH MORE ANNOYING than campers dealing with defense you can at least play dealing with a (only offense stragegy you will probably die because most players doesnt understand stratgy like 3 teams have mid and they still rush without obsidian thats just worthless

Actually it would cause more camping and the games to be much longer due to the fact that you couldn't go to other people's islands and cheese their eggs as quickly. You'd have to get atleast 10 gold for a pickaxe and you'd have to have good armour to kill other people. -1

if you already have obby obby takes a lot of time so if you already have it what reason is there to stay on the base there isnt much more good to build than obby (exept 1 block from base walls those are very good )

if you dont need an egg shield youd need a team full of pros but if two people air attack and everyone runs to mid to hide
than i need an egg shield simply pros shouldnt suffer cause of noobs also an egg shield is nice its helpful and its something you should have
it slows down a lot so a good defense you shoulnt call noob

I am not a "pro" in eggwars nor PVP, but I can survive a whole game of EggWars w/o Egg, just play like in SW

i can too but 3 people is too much
they get to the egg to quickly i coulnt hold them off
besides there equal in skills to me they know how to dodge my "bridge knock off"
than i cant kick them off while there going to my egg

Rushing is just a strategy that is used in eggwars (by myself too), because indeed, it IS op. If you don't want your egg to be destroyed by rushers, then just go camp until you have obsidian (which I would never do, but ok), or you can just defend, and do suicide jumps off the bridge.
I think it's a bad surgestion, because like other people have already said, it boosts camping, and doesn't get rid of it.
It'd also make the game less fun for me to play (don't know about the others), because I like quick games of about 5min in maps like Instruments, so if this surgestion becomes a serious thing, it would just ruin the game completely for me.

If I were to estimate, I'd say 50% of eggwars players rush, 30% camp, and 20% do something else. So basically you want to ruin the game for thousands of players...

If you want cheaper obsidian play overpowered. The obsidian is very cheap. And dude I recommend playing fairground there are 2 gold gens at your base. 1 broken 1 not. So u don't really need to buff obby

A layer of obby around the egg at the start? You do realize that making eggshells would be pointless then, right?
One of the key aspects in egg wars is the fact that you either protect your egg or abandon it, Eggshells don't help as much as you think it does.
Starting with a layer of obby is basically saying everyone gets 50 free pieces of gold on the start.
It would make upgrading gold gens early pretty useless.
It also makes people that aren't prepared for a rush able to use the dreadful respawning pleb-attacking "strategy" that takes oh so much skill
