Hello People of the Internet!
Its me again Mateu...
This time I have a Suggestion for FFA!

The Feedback:
Fist of all I wanted to give the Builders some Feedback on the map Space...
The new map Space is a simple but extremely cool map... Not because of the Planets, PvP or the Sight... Its because of all the tricks that you can do with Elytras... I fly more than I fight! Its really a unique and amazing map... I'm hoping to see maps like this one in the future ;) Also I want to thanks all the Builders and maybe other Staff who builded this map so Thanks!!!
One of the unique thing about Cube is that it's 1.9... Meaning that a gamemode with Elytras is perfect!



My suggestion:
Even though I love the new map there could be some nice tweaks to make it even better!
1. Make the Map Night Time! The theme of this map is Space why not night time #Feels! Could give players night vision? Or just keep it dark... Space isn't that light IMO...
2. This may sound weird but make the Black Hole a bit bigger... Its the only good place to PvP as top of Planets are too small and because of the totally crowded X-Wing... Its like war there...
3. Make more Trick places...
Most of the times I fly true the wings if the X-Wing just to enjoying the sight sometimes even true the X-Wing or Planet Cores... Maybe more things to fly true...?

I'm pretty the builders are pretty tired from Building maps so I Understand if the third or Second one gets denied... Also because the Map is finished so why change it :p
Maybe this could be on a future update or inspiration for new Elytra maps :p

Ehm... Maybe @Tacosbefriends could check another one of my crappy ideas?

In real life, a black hole is an infinitely small point in space where so much mass has accumulated that it's compressed itself into oblivion through the shear power of its own gravitational pull. Black holes generally only emit gamma and x-ray radiation, and all light that's sucked into a black hole is forever trapped there once it passes what's known as the Schwarzschild radius, the point at which the escape velocity of the black hole equals the speed of light. To be true to form, the black hole should be replaced entirely by a single barrier block... but then again, how scientifically accurate is our silly block game gonna be? :P

That sounds like a pretty decent idea. Maybe the builders can make it a tad bigger.

Trick places are neat. Again, this is something to ask a builder about, as they're the ones who do it.

Originally it was night, however over the years night maps are usually the least popular maps we have on the server. One reason why this is, players have to turn their brightness up (ugh effort), and it's just awkward having to lean forward so you can see properly in particular dark places. End biome has a perfect balance of night and day. Also night vision actually makes brighter than end biome.
Here's 2 images of night and day. Personally I'd want to see where am flying around the entire map, than just parts of the map.

As for the blackhole being bigger, the whole birch section will be turned into barrier blocks.

As for the last suggestion adding more trick places. This is something we can do in the next pvp update, mostly just adding more easter eggs/cores to planets. And a few easter eggs around our ffa maps, like we did for assassins. But yah thanks for the feedback, receiving good constructive map feedback is hard to come by :p
