Why must we have applications? Why can't staff find players they think would be a good fit? When they find a player they think could be promoted, watch them without actually them seeing you if you can. I think, in some ways, not applying and actually being picked is better. For example, someone doesn't have team speak or is multilingual, but still is nice in game. In my opinion this is a better format. Plus staff wouldn't have to go through hundreds of applications.

I hope you consider doing this.

When you apply, it shows your interest in the role. Otherwise, it would be illogical for Luke to go to players, say "hey you want helper?" and they say "no".

Players they might think that would be good, might not want to be staff.

It's easy to download teamspeak, so don't worry about that one. Also, you must speak English and be active on the forums, which is in English.

Hmmm... Well they could ask. Anyway it does seem wrong that having tea speak and being bilingual help, because some people may be good in game about helping and things like that but don't have teamspeak... I am happy though that they no longer seem to have age limits.

Note I sent this before relegated responded I though ;)

Teamspeak interview isn't a place to show that you have teamspeak. It's an interview to better judge character.

I mean Cubecraft cannot do that. It is way too big of a server. All big server's need an application system :P As stated above, a player could easily get Helper this way, pretending they are nice and everything, and eventually when they get the Helper role, they will still be nice. But when they get the Moderator role, they will ban every single user.

Sorry -1 for me, but thanks for suggesting!

I personally don't think staff members would be so naive to allow that^, if this was a thing they would at least have to watch them for a while.

But I don't know any staff member in their right mind who would spend an hour watching someone else. Nuh-uh.

Nah. Applications and interviews judge character. Why get rid of that?
