Alright, since yesterday, 7/21/2016, I've been playing Insane PvP non-stop. I started playing it to get a daily challenge completed, and now I'm having a blast with the Insane kits and other people's custom kits. Over the course of around 3-4 hours worth of PvP, I've noticed some things that can give you the edge in battle, and probably win you the game. About ~30 minutes ago, I reached 100 wins. I started counting how many wins I could get in the next 10 matches, compared to losses. All of them were wins, except one. I feel as though the tips below should give you an advantage and I'm quite certain they're helpful.

I'll start them off with the game mode, and not PvP in general.

TNT: This one doesn't take much skill, besides trapping your opponent in a corner, or in an area on the side of the arena. It's a matter of them not moving from that spot that gives you the win. Soon after they're in the area, chances are you're launching TNT after TNT at them, causing the void to appear below them. This usually results in a win if you don't make a careless mistake as to drop into another hole in the map...

GHAST: Many people don't understand that the closer the egg spawns to a person, that's the person it's going to attack... People will spawn ghast at the start, and they'll start taking damage, and end in death. I find this gamemode decently easy, as long as you can NOT get targeted by a ghast, and if you do, kill it. Make sure to place the egg UNDER or CLOSER to your opponent, aside from closer to yourself.

EXLPOSIVE BOW: Some people can't use the bow properly and don't understand that the arrow will keep flying if you draw it back more, and opposite if you don't draw it back more. This one is pretty simple, it's a matter of landing the first hit, so hold the bow at the start and draw it, as soon as the match begins, release and run. If it hits, and they haven't hit you yet, keep firing shortly drawn back shots, that result in the bow arching upwards and landing near or on the opponent. I sometimes try and aim ahead of them as to catch them in the explosive's hole, and stop them from running. This means I can fire one more at them, and they fall into the void, and ends in a win. If they are running, and you're somewhat experienced with the bow, lead them and hit them with the arrow, never hurts to deal more damage in each shot.

SPEEDY: Similar to the ghast, the egg that spawns closer to the person will attack that person. Please don't spawn them at the start, this leads to your opponent rushing and killing you while you're also being hit by endermites. If you do find yourself being attacked by endermites, get in an area where you can be hit back, and stand still, whilst you're attacking the endermites. I've noticed that when you're not moving, they don't attack you as often. Make sure to land the full critical hits on them to get back in and attack your opponent. If you're opponent is running from endermites, chances are that they will soon make a mistake and hit a corner, maybe keep moving, or even just not attack the edermites. Move and take the kill, or sit back and watch them be ended by endermites. Notice that if you don't kill your opponent, it does NOT count towards your total kills.

LAVA: Oh, don't we all hate standing in lava. The game mode does take some amount of skill to know where and when your opponent will place the lava. I find it as a matter of whoever gets the lava to land on the rival first, wins. Once you have them stuck in lava, or just on fire in general, you can easily place more in front of them, and while they're stuck in that, move in. If you are stuck in lava, I usually back up, and place lava in front of me. This sometimes does save me and you can land hits while they understand what just happened. If that does happen to you, don't stop moving, keep attacking.

SHULKER: Pretty easy in my opinion. At the start, at about 1 second, draw your bow for a split second and release. This gives you a speed boost and now reduce the ground between you and your opponent. Most of the time they will try and place shulker as to get into the air and on top of a building, or other structure. Not only does this, open your chance to land shots on them, but they may place more than one shulker, landing in unneeded damage to themselves. If they DON'T place shulkers, it's usually a bow warfare. If you can land a few nice full powered shots, move in and take a full sword swing(s). Remember, this is 1.9 PvP! Don't ever place shulkers, unless you're certain that they will target your opponent, and that you can get away.

DARKNESS: This is a pretty simple win, if you can find a building at your head level. At the start, eat a chorus fruit, and find a structure. Hide behind it and crouch, to hide your name, of course, and look for your opponent's name tag. Once you find it, wait for them to come closer, then peek around the corner and start firing shots where you think they're at. This will usually land in them getting hit, and you now know where they're at. Try and get one or two more shots on them, and move in and attack.

CRAFTER: This will be very short, as it's not hard to win this. Luckily for me, I use a technique I saw someone use on me, as I started playing. Get a diamond chestplate, and a diamond sword. A quick way to get everything onto one spot, hence diamonds, is to double click one piece of diamond moderately fast. This will pull all of that item into your spot and you can quickly place it back in, and now grab the sticks. Do this WHILE the match is about to start, and quickly place the crafting bench down. Craft a diamond chestplate, and a diamond sword. Rush to your opponent, and kill them.

Thank you for reading this, and if you can, leave a reply, and I'll try to respond :D
Ask any questions or anything you noticed that could be placed into this thread.

EDIT: Ok, so I decided to add my stats. This was a few minutes afterward I posted this so my stats are the same if I mentioned them above! I also have my win/loss in the last few matches.
