I cannot record even using the simplest of screen recorders. Minecraft crashes when I do. Its not fair that even when my screenshots say it all, I cant help bring justice to those who deserve it. I suggest that in certain situations when screen shots actually do say it all, the evidence is at least considered, and not immediately turned down with a simple message that says "video evidence is required." Please consider. Thank you.

I don't know how to say it well, but you need video evidence in every case where movement is involved. (Hackers, cross-teamers, glitch abusers, etc.)
Screenshots are required in every case where it stands still or only need 1 moment of. (Inappropriate skin/username, spam, rude language, etc.)

Video evidence is a way in which we can be certain, which is why it's required. Pictures don't really provide the same standard of evidence as a video

You can't just tell someone that a person hacked and expect them to believe you, even if you weren't lying... there would be chaos for the staff who banned people.

even tough the screenshots show it all video evidence should be required because that confirms that everything is real and that it's not just some edited picture or sumething... video evidence shows certain things that pictures cannot, there are a lot of reasons why it just has to be video evidence and not just a screenshot/picture

Example:

I took out my paper bag and dropped it near some litter by accident, someone takes a picture and reports it to the police saying I littered cause it look as though I threw it. What he didn't capture with the picture is that I picked my rubbish up and threw it in the bin.
I get fined because "it's obvious" I was littering.

That's the same thing you're implying.
Without clear video evidence, staff wouldn't know the story behind the picture. They have to inspect the video making sure the player really is breaking the rules. It's precaution and they do not want to punish an innocent player.

^^ This is exactly what mean ... crazy but nice example.. by seeing a picture you can never know what happened before nor after and you can get to bad conclusions.. this is what the staff from cubecraft wants to avoid by asking for video evidence instead of screenshots.

That's a *lot* harder than faking a screenshot..
That was what i was told i took a screenshot of a guy who i assume flew to the other side in blockwars during build phase it was denied, the staff who responded said its easy to photoshop stuff and also he couldve built over, thats not possible i tested going over and around it wont let you place blocks until that day (a few months ago) i never knew what photoshop was ive heard of it but ive also heard it costs a fortune to use What sucks is i cant get video of actual hacks myself (which is why i use youtubers vids sometimes as evidence every one being mitch or preston) i can only do chat abuse, my computers to weak to run stuff such as OBS and on here, mineplex, and a few other servers ive played on a few reports have been denied simply because i used an external camera (such as a mobile device)

Well, in the end rules are rules and we can't make an exception for some people, that's just life sorry
