Mmh, no, because people need warnings to know they are actually breaking the rules, and if they continue after 2-3 times, they will get muted if a report is shown.

This should be instant mute. Its not just server rules, its like human rules. you don't degrade someone based on looks, or mentality. The offender knows what they are doing. they are saying these things to hurt someone.

Nothing should be instant mute but advertising servers. Most people swearing or breaking rules don't fully know the rules. IMHO, racism should be 1 warning & a mute, but bullying should be 2, the same as foul language.
