So I decided to make this thread to see what happens to other people during there games on this wonderful server, reply with your best/most enjoyable games on this server.
Mine is a game of egg wars on the map storm with one of my good mates, I was being a mumma bear and gathering a crap ton of gold to get two layers of obsidian while he was going to the centre to get diamonds to enable our generator. On the way to the centre my friend gets shot off so he decides to do something else as there were many people at the centre. He started to build towards the island to our left as they had nothing to protect their egg and he could just go and punch it. At this stage I was finishing the first layer of obsidian and had no armour or weapon. My friend destroys the egg and kill one of the residents of the island but gets hit off by the second one. The remaining survivor of the island rushed over our bridge with full chain while me and my mate had nothing but our fists. I see that the attacker only has a stone pick so it will take a while for him/her to destroy our obsidian. My friend watches the person to keep them at bay while I continue to get more obsidian to protect our egg. The attacker finally jumps onto our island and rushes towards our egg not realising that it was cover in close to two layers of obsidian. I start to punch the attacker while my mate goes to get a sword. He/She starts to fight back and I quickly start to die but I know that my friend would be there soon to stop him from destroying out egg. I respawn and run straight towards that attacker to knock him off the island and it works so he is eliminated from the game. At this stage of the game we are one of the four remaining teams and one of the two with an egg but we had close to no armour or resources compared to the other teams. The team with an egg see my friend going to centre and attempts to shoot him off but he dodges them and makes it to the centre island. My mate passes the last player of the team without an egg but doesn't kill them as he is to focussed on getting us enough diamond to start our generator, this ends up being a brilliant thing at the end of the match. So he goes and gets some diamonds and quickly comes back to turn our diamond generator on. The other team with an egg starts to advance through many of the other islands to get closer to us. I turn around and see the one person I hadn't seen the entire game building towards us thinking we hadn't seen him. This person had no egg (they weren't the one at centre) and was looking to do some damage. I see that he is range of our island so I jumped off our island and hit him off his bridge during the jump. The other team with an egg was on the island right next to our now and I started to get nervous as they had full iron and diamond swords while I had leather and a stone sword, my friend said that he saw someone going to the people that were attacking us' island and that their egg might be destroyed. This filled both me and him with hope that we could win the match so we got ready to face the team that were about to jump onto our island. They jumped and we were ready to defend at first I hit them like your supposed to in 1.9 but in the end I realised that the only way we could beat them was by hitting them off the edge so I began to spam hit them. We kept dying but they couldn't mine through our two layers of obsidian because we kept disrupting them. Then a message was broadcasted '____'s teams egg was destroyed by _____'. The person that my mate didn't kill destroyed their egg! This made me and my friend be filled with new hope and we just kept hitting them and eventually with teamwork we got one of the edge and they were eliminated. We started to focus all our hits on the one remaining person now but they kept on hiding in a corner and they eventually mined one obsidian but we still had one more layer for them to mine through. My friend and I realised that surely his armour would be getting close to breaking and right when I said that his helmet popped and we started to do more damage to him. He started to eat golden apples but it was to late. We broke his boots and eventually his leggings so that we were doing decent damage. The next time my mate died he went and bought a sword which did heaps of damage to the attacker and eventually we killed him. We celebrated in our Skype chat but then we realised we hadn't won yet, there was one player left, the one that broke the egg. We saw them on top of a bridge to our island and as soon as they jumped we both hit them and they went flying of the edge so we won.
