Add option for only show vips and friends on Settings

That's just friends and staff, not other donators. This could be useful however, as I have donator friends with their friends lst full. +1

I thought he meant "VIP" as in staff. I wouldn't call ranked players to be "VIP".

VIP is the donator rank on High Pickle, that's probably why he said 'VIP'.
You could be right though.
