WHY?!!!??

If this is because people could use random Unicode symbols to swear, then I tell you that that is ℂ⃝₩ ℙ℺℺♇!!!!

Anyone who wants to swear will find a way to do it with the symbols available anyway (e.g. "Phoqque you", or ";= |_| ( |< you (which looks like a swear word in Minecraft))" , so you are not really making Cubecraft more child friendly by not allowing random Unicode symbols, all that you are really doing is annoying people like me.

It may not stop swear bypassing, but it greatly reduces it. Making an angry post in which you swear several times to prove a point definitely isn't persuading anyone. And that pole is just downright rude and biased. So what I suggest you do is dial it down a bit and adjust because it's just a silly chat thing, it's not like it's truly affecting your experience on the server.

2) They reduce swearing and annoying spammy messages
3) Just use normal letters like the rest of us you don't need your 'fancy' unicode letters
4) Banning them isn't stopping any legitimate conversation anyways

First off, some Unicode symbols besides for the basic keyboard symbols are more useful that just being fancy, second they do not reduce annoying spammy messages because people can spam with any symbol, like &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&***********************************??????????????????????????????::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@FAGFAHFGYILAFRGYAFLYDFYAFDYIFAIDFIYAFDLIADFYIDFAFDIYLFDAIFDIAL

It does not reduce it, because it is a lot easier for someone to say "Phoqque you", then for them to go to unicode-table.com, scroll down to letterlike symbols, and find symbols that look like the letters they need.

#1. Basic keyboard symbols are Unicode symbols, so saying that "unicode symbols should stay disabled" would mean that letters like A and B, and symbols like &.,? would all be disabled.
#2. Some Unicode symbols besides for the basic keyboard are useful.
#3. The ones that are not could just look cool and be fun to use.
#4. It is just as easy to spam with symbols like ƦƦƦƦƦƦƦƦƦƦƦƦ as it is to spam with symbols like &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, or ??????????????????????????????????.
