The bedrock idea is bad but after 90 minutes in op if the eggs are not destryed all egg get destroyed.

Definitely a good idea, but 90 minutes? that's an hour and a half... way too much, people camp too much, so that wouldn't even apply to them, I think after 45 minutes or an hour all eggs should be destroyed, and you should be allowed to build more than 60 feet in the air..

isn't just breaking the eggs a little cheaty though, also it doesn't stop the problem of them leaving their island, just makes them more scared to fight knowing its their last life

its not funny when you saved up egg defense and all eggs get destroyed btw some people when their egg is broken start camping so they just stay defending until the overtime then the campers can win btw eggwars is a fun minigame now you just defend your egg but it will turn out this way eggs get destroyed and the ones who fought best broke 2 eggs the teams camp and they wait then the eggs gone away and then everyone is careful and its just a team pvp plz do not add this

^ yes true it evens it out, but only if the attacking team had also lost their egg. if they had their egg when on the attack this would make the entire situation more beneficial for the campers considering its taken almost 90 minutes of safe bridge building and they still haven't been able to get across. destroying the eggs is purely situational and barely helps out when it helps the teams it was originally meant to support

when its OP mode you can just save up for an enderpearl and drop on their base and force the fight so it just makes it a needless death match

There are pros and cons for this. It is a good way prevent campers who just runs to mid and camp throughout the whole game, waiting for a team to go to them. They can also use this to their advantage which is something we can all agree on that is annoying.
One of bad thing is that it may interfere with tactics, though not all tactics would work out smoothly but that is one fun thing about eggwars, planning how you go about it and then seeing your hard work come to fruition.

How are you even still playing after 90 minutes in op mode? I guess that depends which tactics you use. Back to point.

I don't think adding this would change the gameplay of players. Most players camp on there island to protect their egg during the game (that's what makes the game take longer than usually). Making the egg die is not gonna trigger them to go pvp. Cause why would they since they only have one life left.

I do understand long games can be quite annoying but that's the risk of playing Eggwars.

Just add a border or something that forces them to go to mid and fight to the death there..? Because if all eggs get destroyed, the campers will just stay on their Island because they are too scared to fight. I don't think most of them will actually use an enderpearl to fight, because it's dangerous.
