The sales usually happen on special days. Such as christmas and Valentinesday, but we never know when sales happen :D. So be patient or buy a rank without discount.
I bought the obsidian range and I've been waiting for an hour and until now I do not get that is my concern because I spend the money and it does not help me please

Hello, send an email to sales@cubecraft.net and explain your issue with the purchase. You need to provide details like your IGN, the date of purchase, the transaction ID... to make it easier for them.

We don't have exact dates as to when there will be sales/discounts. We tend to do them on special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween (I think haha) So it's always best to stay tuned and see what's going on around the community. :)
