Reporting using labymod

As stated in this post reports recorded using labymod will not be accepted. In this post it says this is because you're able to give other players a nickname. Since you are easily able to see when someone has nicknamed someone else (click here :3). Is it possible to remove that little pencil in a way I dont know about? If not, why wont it be accepted :P

They want to be 100% sure the hacker is indeed hacking and that they bann the right person. So they take no risks. Although I do understand your statement.

Because maybe an update came out where the pencil doesn't show? We can never be certain about it so the easy way out is to ban it.
That way we make sure the reports are 100% real.
