Cheapest but Powerful System Build

I've been thinking of a system that would be cheap but powerful, so I wanted to get your system builds! (I'll post mine later.) :P

HDDs/SSD: SanDisk Ultra 256GB
WD Black 1TB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB
Case: Corsair carbide 200r
Cooling: CoolerMaster seidon 120m
Notes: Didn't want to put my PSU because it's s**t. I hope this is up to your standards, SGTKuzey!

In reality you can't get a cheap computer that runs well... My bro got a 10,000 computer from my dads office and it runs perfectly.. Whereas my computer is terrible cause we payed like 50 bucks for mine.
