More Admins and Mods

Right, you guys need lots more mods and admins, there are too many hackers and rule breakers, i've bumped into 5 clear bans and 10 clear mutes and ive reported them and those people have not been banned or muted.
Apart from that ive played on this server for months and i've bumped into 1 admin and 1 mod on the games servers.
I know that WE can report them, but I keep running into them one after the other.
I dont have time to keep reporting these idiots.

Please grab some more admins and mods for the games server .

Well, considering that there are 9 lobbies and 9 different servers, also over 40 different game servers more staff wouldn't help that much.

You can use the /report command and that will alert the staff online of the offense and then they can act upon it and judge what to do with the reprobate. The /report command just tells the staff where to go so they do not wander aimlessly looking for troublemakers.

Honestly, just because you have 29 mods and 15 admins does not mean people will not hack. If they hack despite knowing staff are online then they will still hack even if there are more staff members. The problem is do we want quantity "more staff" or quality "less, but more efficient staff" I believe the answer is quality. The more efficient the staff operate the better the security for cubecraft. Our staff do a moderate job at performing this.

Overall, we try to be efficient but it's hard without being able to vanish/disguise. Also we could do better if we were able to join games that are in-game when someone has reported a player in them.

Here is my final thought, more staff isn't that necessary, there are a lot of hackers, the reason we can't catch them is that they turn their hacks off instantly when they realize us, a proper vanish command would be useful about that. Overall, we try to be efficient but it's hard without being able to vanish/disguise. Also we could do better if we were able to join games that are in-game when someone has reported a player in them.

We are working to implement that, I'll personally will give it a try this afternoon with some off the shelf plugins that should work, although no promises.

CCG Will not be a "hacker clean server" Because of how simply big the server is, There will be a hacker on every server or some 5 year old kid who gets off with himself by trolling.

Well, most likely there's more than 100 hackers everyday. More than half of them manage to go away with it, and some of them don't...
We kind of have enough staff for now, but I agree that in the future we'll need more.

I feel that it's not that it's hard to add more staff, it's hard to find real staff that are responsible & trustworthy. Like you said, there are too many hackers & rule breakers, so how can you expect staff to be added so sudden? More hackers & rule breakers means less chances of finding suitable staff. It's a process that takes time and requires the owners to watch who's done right & wrong and who they think is suitable & trustable to moderate the server.

Also, note that staff currently can't respond to any in-game reports on the Games Server at the moment as we don't have the ability to yet .. We understand that's a pretty big issue as 85% of the reports come from in-games, that will hopefully be resolved soon.

So in the meanwhile, stay patient & be grateful there are a group of kind people willingly trying their bestest to moderate the server & keep it fun for you :)

@halothe23 can't just pick new staff members you gotta earn it to be one and show that your worthy to be one. We have a great staff and I don't think we need to many more staff members but maybe a couple more wouldn't hurt. You just gotta help the server reply on forums and just do the basic things to show your worry to be a mod and care for the server.

I think that CCG has enough staff, but I agree with @gedas001, in the future when the server gets more populated, more hackers will show up. THEN we will need more moderators/admins.

I also agree with Morgan, more staff isn't necessary, they just have to be active. (I'm not saying that they aren't active.)
