You're just another bunch of fools struck by imbecility, this is yet another server affected by donator favoritism. I can't play a single game under any category without either being rushed by an overpowered donator or modder. Maybe instead of putting all of your money towards developers to implement new donator perks, offer money to devs to make an anti cheat plugin like Badlion has implemented? No, of course not, if that were to happen, players would have a lesser reason to donate money to your wallets.

Under certain technicalities in my residential country, the Russian Federation, you would be declining my rights of freedom of speech unappointed to governmental matters, and I would frown upon that such action being taken against my thread here.

Also, EULA is nothing. theres a million servers out there who are Pay to Win (cough factions cough) and violating the EULA even harder, but if you think CubeCraft is violating the EULA, THINK AGAIN. all of the donator perks are only for cosmetic uses, and in some gamemodes like Creative, they get WorldEdit commands, but since when they get overpowered in SkyWars? its because of KITS. they spent a million games just to achieve that specific kit, that's why so many people are waay overpowered than others, but don't think that only donators can get it, EVERYONE can get it. the rest of the perks are cosmetic.

Freedom of speech has nothing to do with us, just because you can say whatever you want doesn't mean we have to listen.
As for your arguments, there are no donator perks that are not purely for aesthetic (prefix, colour chat etc) that would break the EULA. I don't know what games you're talking about because some games (Those in the arcade) have no purchasable perks. If someone's got a kit, say in skywars, that's better than yours, then they've purchased it. No kits come automatically with donations, your whole argument is wrong.

I'm sorry, but you seem to be confusing our server with some other rule breaking server. Having been an obsidian since the EULA change, I haven't noticed a single perk that we get that isn't aesthetic. Unless you consider my ability to change the color of my name an unfair advantage, I don't think we get an upper hand in any of the games. Please expand on how we get any more advantages that breach the EULA. Also, I doubt this thread would get deleted, who doesn't enjoy a quick laugh?
