It's impossible to completely make a server hacker proof. There are hackers everywhere you go. Best solution: Record and report. ;)

We can't completely remove hackers from the game, as Blue said.
This is why we have a ban department for reporting people and banning them, because then we can minimize the amount of hackers on the server at one given moment, if the players didn't report then the server would be a lot worse than it currently is. Just report any rule breakers you happen to come across and the staff will take over from there.

The best thing you can do is record and report players accordingly if you believe that they're breaking a rule. Hiring "trusted" staff is a difficult process due to the authority that staff members are given, and by that i mean that if they wanted to, they're capable of banning everybody that crosses their path; it's not as easy as you may think. As stated above, it's completely impossible for a server to be free of hackers due to the large amount of selfish players who only think about themselves and therefore decide to install hacked clients. The only thing you can do is report them unfortunately.

Actually, I'd say we're one of the most hacker free large servers (well duh, who expects a server with a 2 player hit to have 100s of hackers?) And, if our moderators aren't trustworthy, then give us evidence.

Hate to admit it but that is very untrue, we actually get a lot more hackers than other servers.

I don't get how people complain about the number of hackers, yet never report anyone. Because this just makes sense...
