What are Vanity points?

Vanity points are used to buy items from the vanity menu, or items for your in-game house. :)

As these two said they are used to get extra items.

Vanity points will allow you to receive objects. If you look through your vanity (the poppy flower in your inventory in a lobby), you'll see that you can purchase things such as heads, clothing, etc. These vanity points will allow you to make your character stylish. :)
