Well. the server gains a +1 happiness stat and then the goal resets after the month ends.

What happens is that if donations are still coming in after the goal is reached, they are saved for emergencies and cool updates/perks/stuff for the server (from my knowledge).

Yeah, the month goal is set every month to help pay for server stuff and other things related to the server. Once it gets 100%...
