Java Font changer for Obsidian rank

Hello!
As some of you may know, when you have a rank on the server, you can change the colour of your name.
However, when you have the Obsidian rank you are able to select a gradient variant as well, as shown below​

However, if you have an Obsidian subscription, the normal colours will make your name bold, and the gradient colours don't. As shown below.

This has been a thing for a bit, but how about we make it a feature!
Why not give Obsidian subscription members the option to choose if they want it to be bold or not!
I'm personally a bigger fan of the non bold names, mainly due to my long name, but still.
And yes, this might have been done to see the difference between a legacy and a subscription rank, but it's still the same rank right?

I totally agree with this! It would be a really nice QOL improvement if subscription members could choose whether their name appears bold or not. Especially with longer names, the non-bold gradient just looks cleaner and more readable in my opinion.

I may be wrong, but from my understanding they are still different ranks since the subscription based Obsidian rank has also most of the perks of the old Plus rank that Cubecraft used to have years ago. And I'm pretty sure that the Plus rank gave players that same bold name, even if they were Stone rank. The new Obsidian rank is kind of a mix between the old Obsidian rank and Plus rank.

But that doesn't really matter. I think it's a bit stupid that you can't change your name to normal size when you buy the subscription rank. Even if it was made to see the difference between legacy rank and sub rank owner, I still don't see why it would be a bad thing if sub rank owners could change their name into the normal sized text.

Yeah absolutely. It was always weird to me that you couldn’t do that since the sub ranks were introduced. I bought the rank 3 or 4 times and I too hoped that I could change it
