Bedrock Skyblock reset statistics

How can I reset my statistics for my skyblock in bedrock, that is, I want to reset my deaths, my hours played, all blocks, killed mobs, etc. I want everything to be at zero. How do I do it please? Because in Java I deleted all my islands but my statistics still did not reset. I need help.
