Hello Cube Craft, I was banned for no reason while I was collecting new missions for the new cage and submitted appeals and someone replied and told me that my submission was transferred to the anti-cheat department, but this is unfair because I did nothing, I was in the lobby, so how could I be banned while I am not even playing? I also exposed 4 hacks so far and banned them, and to report errors, but now they have been banned, as I explained to your senior management in this post.

I was using Atlas Client for mobile, which is like Onix Client for PC, and I was collecting the hunt mission, and while collecting them, I got the band.

Only helper applications are currently open which you can read more about here. However, you cannot apply for helper whilst banned and if you do get unbanned, I advise waiting a while before choosing to apply.

We cannot accept applicants if they are currently punished on our network for fairly obvious reasons. Also, this user's appeal has not been looked at that this time, so best to not jump the gun regarding that.


Also having to wait a while isn't a bad thing either when it comes to applying for helper as it gives you the option to work on other things that you think you should work on, such as reports activity, community engagement etc. to list to some examples.
