Bedrock Is it possible to make Skyblock island renaming easier to use § codes and to increase the max character cap

So i ran into a max character issue when trying to add Colour to the profile name in my Coop world on Bedrock edition.
It will allow for TheGreatWorldTree :D
but wont allow for §fThe§4Great§1WorldTree even tho it technically has the same amount of characters it comes up saying the profile name is too long...
Would it be possible to allow for longer names to be able to customise the colour :D would be a great look to the world
